Here are a few things we want you to be aware of as our patients: 

Office hours are scheduled: (more detailed information under scheduling appointments) 

Monday –Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00pm
Friday 7:00am to 12:00 pm 
Closed for lunch from 12:00-1:30pm 

Office hours may vary during holidays: notification will be posted prior to that holiday. 

AFTER HOURS CALLS: 
All after hours calls will be handled through our answering service by dialing the regular office number. This number should be used to reach the physician for immediate EMERGENCY medical situations. All other calls should be handled during regular business hours. 

PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS: 
All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours only. We will try to get to all prescriptions requests completed within the 48 hours. However any request after 3:00pm may be answered on the next business day. Please give us until the end of business day (after 5pm) to call in to your pharmacy. We try to answer calls between patients. However these calls may be addressed after patient hours. In addition, please contact your pharmacy before calling us in order check if it has already been called in. 

LAB RESULTS: 
 All lab results are called back by the nurses. These results maybe relayed via voicemail if you have indicated on your new patient information form. Most results are called back with in a week however it can take up to 14 working days. If you have not received a call back please call the office and speak with the nurse.

COMPLETE PHYSICAL EXAM:
To complete your entire physical we ask that you make a lab appointment to have your lab work drawn 3 days prior to your physical exam visit. These appointments are scheduled everyday between the hours of 7:30-11:00am Monday thru Friday. Remember to fast from midnight nothing to eat or drink with the exception of medications can be taken with water. The MD will have all your results at the time of your exam to go over with you at your visit.
