Payment of co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance are expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We will be happy to provide you with a complete receipt for your financial records. Perimeter North Internal Medicine, PC participates in most health care plans. 

Please be sure to bring your insurance card and identification to your appointment. Without proof of insurance, you will be expected to pay in full for the services at the time of your appointment.

Payment is subject to all terms of YOUR plan, anything that is not covered after submission and discounts will be the full responsibility of the patient. If you do not see your plan listed, we will be happy to file your claim for you. However, you the patient will be responsible.
